That’s the difference between Liberals and CONS. Liberals operate in the Reality-Based Community as we try to create a society that works for ALL, and CONS are wedded to ideology as they cheer policies that only benefit the top 1%. This is why all the good Faux News victims sat silently glued to transnational corporate America’s various protection racket media outlets for the 8 years Bush wiped his silver-spooned arse with the Constitution they all pretend to love. As numerous independent studies have confirmed, Faux News victims are LESS informed than people who watch no news at all. THAT isn’t an accident. That is by design. Hmmmm…. why wouldn’t anyone get fired over at Faux News for such appalling statistics…? Could it be that misleading the victims is what Faux News is designed to do? Follow the money, Al.

LIBERAL Policies gave us a period in American history known as “THE GREAT PROSPERITY” …also known as “The Great Compression” – meaning, the gap between rich and poor was slight, and actually conducive to a free, democratic society and a strong, economically-vibrant middle class.

Conversely, CON Policies gave us Great Depression I and II. In 30 short years, their “trickle down” class warfare has turned America from the MOST to the LEAST upwardly mobile with the widest income gap of all industrialized nations.

As the Bible says, “know them by their fruits.”

It’s frankly, pretty “retarded” to actually think that the cure for the economic destruction of the middle class is MORE of the same policies that destroyed the middle class to begin with. Time to face facts, dear Al… to the Republican leadership, the destruction of the middle class WAS THE POINT. They loathe a strong working class because a strong working class is an “uppity” working class. CONS have ALWAYS believed in creating a Serfs and Lords society, and have since Thomas Paine wrote “Rights of Man” as a response to Edmund Burke’s (the Father of CONservatism) assertion that the people needed to be controlled by a small (rich), ruling elite who ran and owned everything. Before you troll the web dropping your sad, CON, attempts at insults, you should check a history book out of your local Socialist public library… preferably one not written by people with a vested interest in keeping you compliantly voting for your own demise.

Do corporations grieve when a loved one dies as a result of a lack of adequate health care?

If a corporation ever committed an unspeakable crime against the American people, could IT be sent to federal prison? (Note the operative word here: “It”)

Has a corporation ever given its life for its country?

Has a corporation ever been killed in an accident as the result of a design flaw in the automobile it was driving?

Has a corporation ever written a novel that inspired millions?

Has a corporation ever risked its life by climbing a ladder to save a child from a burning house?

Has a corporation ever won an Oscar? Or an Emmy? Or the Nobel Peace Prize? Or the Pulitzer Prize in Biography?

Has a corporation ever been shot and killed by someone who was using an illegal and unregistered gun?

Has a corporation ever paused to reflect upon the simple beauty of an autumn sunset or a brilliant winter moon rising on the horizon?

If a tree falls in the forest, does it make a noise if there are no corporations there to hear it?

Should corporations kiss on the first date?

Our lives – yours and mine – have more worth than any corporation. To say that the Supreme Court made a awful decision on Thursday is an understatement. Not only is it an obscene ruling – it’s an insult to our humanity.
