Republican Dirty Tricks

Republican Scott Brown, who campaigned on a “small government” platform and used his Massachusetts Senate post in 2007 to vote for an amendment banning same-sex marriage, won the Massachusetts Senate seat Ted Kennedy held for nearly half a century.  Ted Kennedy is rolling in his grave and President Obama is left admittedly “frustrated.”

The spin from MSNBC and the alleged “liberal media” is that this is a message to Democrats to “back off from the liberal agenda” but this is more of a slap in the face to the fact that Democrats CAN’T DELIVER THE LIBERAL AGENDA.

Frankly, Democrats don’t come out and vote for candidates who TALK like liberals but WALK like Republicans.  When Democrats act like Democrats people come out and vote for them – when they act like “Republican Light” why bother?

This loss is a slap in the face to a do-nothing cowards in the Democratic Party who negotiate from a position of weakness – NO MATTER WHAT THE REALITY IS.

I will say it again – the Obama campaign was not a campaign, but a movement for CHANGE! Once he got in office he listened to his Clinton Republican Light advisers and continued many of the Bush policies that have turned “The Land of the Free” into “The United States of Serfs and Lords!”

Personally, I am too pissed off to knock on another door for a Democrat because their failure to deliver REAL change – LIBERAL change that grows the economy for everyone, not just Banksters, brings our jobs home by doing away with NAFTA, CAFTA and GATT, makes sure EVERYONE has healthcare regardless of wealth and ends these endless military quagmires for corporate America.

When Dems act like DEMS the people stand behind them. Remember DEMS – The only reason FDR didn’t get elected to a FIFTH term was because he was Dead.

I watched Obama’s speech in Massachusetts trying to “inspire” Dems to vote for Coakley but his words fell hollow – empty rhetoric that asks us to help them accomplish progressive change yet.

“Are YOU FIRED UP?” “YEAH! I’M FIRED UP TO GIVE BILLIONS TO BANKSTERS AND GIVE MORE MONEY TO HEALTH INSURANCE RACKETEERS WHILE I WATCH MY NEIGHBOR’S HOUSE GET BOARDED UP AND MY JOB SHIPPED TO CHINA! WEEEEE!!! I’M FIRED UP!”
